Constitution of the United Southeast Asian States

Article I: Goverment

Section One:

1. The Head Of State will be the President and Vice President

2. To be President, Every 4 Years There will be A Presidential Election

3. The President Does Not have the Rights to Take Over The Entire Goverment And Change The Goverment Type

4. The President is Allowed to Change the Consitution Once a Month

5. The President has The Rights to Turn A Claimed Territory into a State or Territory

6. The President Has the Rights to pick for a State Goverment

Section Two:

1. The House Of Representives is equal to the President and Vice President

2. The House of Representatives is allowed to change the constitution for at least once a month

3. To be a Member of The House of Represantives, You must be Accepted by the Entire House

4. Most Elections will be Held by the House of Representatives

5. Declaring War Will be disscussed by the House of Represantives

6. The House of Represantives have the Rights to pick for a State Governor

Section Three:

1. The Justice Court Does not Have the Rights to Imprison Anyone Randomly

2. The Justice Court must Report to the House of Representatives to Get Approval

3. The Justice Court is Only Available for 2 Members

Section Four:

1. The Goverment of The Republic of Indonesia are still in control of the states but to a limit

2. The Goverment of the Union Will Be In Control to All of the States, But Under RI control

3. Citizens shall obey both laws

Article II: Citizen

Section One:

1. Citizenship is Open to Anyone from Anywhere

2. To be a Citizen, you must be Interviewed by the Goverment

Section Two:

1. To Vote for an Election, You Must be A Citizen in the Age of 8 and Above

2. You Have 2 Chances of Voting for an Election

Section Three:

1. You Must Have Permission for Restricted Items

Article III: Territories

Section One:

1. Newly Claimed Territory will be reconized as Claimed Territory

2. Claimed Territory can turn into a State or Territory

Section Two:

1. Each State has it’s own Governor selected by the Goverment

2. States in the Strada Area will be Closed at 15:00 PM and weekends

3. The List Of States:

- Mainlands

- Hallaway

- Arandi

- Ivrginia

- Achtenstaten

- Galleria

- Scheveningen

- Bersah

- Northern Bay

- New Delaware

- Nathania

- Avernesia

Section Three:

1. The Capital of Zuiden-Zemlya is no longer a state, Zuiden-Zemlya will be a Federal District

Section Four

1. Territories Does not have a goverment

2. List Of Territories:

- Pejaten Territory

- Louiseville Territory

Section Five:

1. Colonies Does not have a Goverment

2. List Of Colonies

- Colony of Karawaci

Article IV: Millitary

Section One:

1. Anyone is allowed to join the millitary

2. You will be interviewed by the millitary to see your status

Section Two:

1. The Millitary must Report the Plans Before Attacking

2. The Use of High Class Weapons (Chemcial, Nuclear) Must be Requested to the Goverment

Section Three:

1. The Millitary will Always Support Their Allies and Fight With Them

Article V: Allies and Alliances

Section One:

1. The UIS will Accept Reconition by Anyone who is Requested or Nation the UIS already Reconized

2. The UIS Will Be Allies with Micronations that are Reconized Only

3. Any Promises or Treaties that are Broken will not be acceptable and is a threat to the UIS

Section Two:

1. The UIS Is Officially in the Alliances:

-Intermicronation Organization Treaty Alliance

-Micronation Hub Alliance

Article VI: Symbolism

1. The Bravery and Indenpendence Banner Will Be The Official Flag of the USAS

2. The Great Seal of the USAS will be the Great Eagle

3. The National Anthem of the USAS will be the song “Lovely Southeastasiania”

4. The Official Color of the USAS will be the color Blue and Purple
